Thomas Lebens

I have been in the real estate industry since I was 19 years old. Beginning my career in multifamily property management, I was involved in the management and marketing of thousands of units across the country. In that time, I did business in over 20 markets, and signed over 600 residential leases. In addition to my work in property management, I also spent time working in asset management and acquisitions at Student Quarters, a top 25 owner-operator of private student housing. I worked to improve their position by conducting analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions, executing value-add strategies for portfolio properties, and training new property management teams. I am now a full-time multifamily investor and and I continue to act as a resource for past clients, friends, family, and business partners.
