Hello Everyone! I am a 26 year old who looking to invest in rental properties from single family homes to multifamily homes up to 4 units. Real Estate Goals: Would like to be able to live my current lifestyle off of rental real estate income by the time I am 40 at the latest. My short term goal to be purchase one house a year, once I build more confidence increase that number. Currently Seeking: I need help finding different avenues to achieve my goals, I am always interested in different ways that people are doing this and would like to be able to blend a little bit of everything into my portfolio to see what works for me early in my investing career
