Tiffany Spann is an established cyber security and program management professional with over a decade of experience in the said field. She has garnered many prestigious certifications throughout her career, including CISA, CISM and PMP. After several years of being in the field, and working with companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Intelligent Waves, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), GovernmentCIO, The CASE Engineering Group and Constellation West. Tiffany founded The Spann Group (TSG). TSG provides specialized cyber security consulting services that help agencies and organizations comply with FISMA and NIST guidelines and standards. TSG provides a variety of cybersecurity assessment services and believes that cybersecurity is an investment, not an expense as your data is powerfully invaluable and must be protected. Her consultation portfolio of clients include the likes of Clemson University, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and U.S. Courts. The wide range of skills and knowledge gathered throughout her career has afforded her significant success in the realm of real estate investments. Soon after stabilizing her single family rentals portfolio, she learned the power of apartment investing and quickly transitioned into syndicating multifamily apartments. In 2021, she Co-Founded Crown Capital with her business partner Noel Parnell. Crown Capital specializes in acquiring value-add multifamily properties in Atlanta and the Southeast region. Crown Capital takes pleasure in serving investors with tremendous cash flow as they want their investors to understand the power of apartment investing firsthand. Since 2017, Tiffany and her partner combined are invested in over 200 units, totaling $20MM+ in assets. In her pursuit to share knowledge and empower others, Tiffany leads the Real Estate InvestHer Meetup for the Capital Region.
