Jack Alves

I live on the Eastside of Milwaukee near the Downer Theatre. I moved from Berkeley, CA to Milwaukee in 2012 after travelling around the country for 7 months looking for a new place to live. I worked in software technology startups for 25 years in the Bay Area. Real estate as an investment always had a vague allure for me, but I never pursued it. Since moving to Milwaukee I became a Realtor and gained a deeper understanding of valuations and neighborhoods. I spent a lot of time and money educating myself about real estate investing primarily with Fortune Builders resources. I have a rehabbed and resold several properties. My primary focus now is as a real estate broker with my own company JackRabbit Realty.
