About myself
Hello, I've been thinking about real estate investing for some time and after talking to a fried who just made $60k on a flip, I have decided to make the plunge. I am not planning to quite my job but want to do a 3 to 4 flips per year and eventually get into multi-unit apartment buildings once I build up enough cash.
