Tim Taggett

I have been investing since early 2000 in Real Estate for myself and family, after enjoying it so much I decided to get my license to help others invest as well. Today I service the areas of Temecula, surrounding Southwest Riverside County and North County San Diego helping people find the right investments. I have a strong background in negotiations which I have used to wholesale properties, negotiate short sales, short refinances, multiple real estate transactions including multi-unit rentals, land and everything you can think of. The very few things related to real estate I have not personally done I know people who have or maybe you can teach me something. I am very open minded and am looking to help people while here on BiggerPockets!
