My current REI strategy in this market is to utilize private money for Fix-and-Flip opportunties, -OR- BRRRR for cash-flow, paydown, and appreciation. I have an excellent team in Montana comprised of a top-notch realtor, and a highly skilled and trustworthy contractor. Both of which are investors and know the market extremely well.
