About myself
Real Estate investor since house hacking my first home in 2002. Ownership interest and/or property management for 10 units. Completed 5 BRRRR projects after the Baton Rouge flood of 2016, all getting > 5 ft of water. Completed 3 projects through a single syndication. Looking for additional passive investors to keep this portfolio growing.
