Tim Defibaugh

I'm a Realtor with Renters Warehouse Richmond, and we provide property management and Realty service in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. As an investor, my primary strategy is buy-and-hold properties. I have 10 doors currently, located variously in Richmond, Henrico, Hopewell, Colonial Heights and Petersburg. I love to chat and nerd out with anyone interested in real estate investing in the Richmond, VA and surrounding market!
