New to real estate with a little landlord experience. I walked into an investment property when we purchased a new house with plans to expand our family and I couldn't sell our existing house. It became a rental and 5 years later here I am ready to read, research and increase my knowledge of the industry and grow a portfolio. Mostly interested in buy and hold for starters and see where that leads. I'm interesting in networking with anyone willing to share their experience with me and looking great deals in and around the greater Atlanta area.
