I'm a real estate investor currently building a pipeline of slow flip and seller financed properties in the Midwest, with a primary focus on Toledo, Ohio. I'm actively looking for small single family and multifamily deals in the $20k–$50k range that can be sold on terms or held as rentals. My goal is to build long-term relationships with wholesalers, boots on the ground, and private lenders who are interested in working together on multiple deals.
