About myself
Just purchased my first duplex in June 2021 and am "house hacking" one side and renting the other. I have the "bug" now and am looking to move forward into the next several properties! I'm a General Manager and a level 2 Sommelier/Wine Director of a fine dining establishment in Connecticut. After fourteen years in this business and after what COVID has done to the restaurant industry, I'm very focused on building a real estate portfolio to build long term wealth and to eventually fall back on one day. I'm highly motivated, passionate, organized, and learning everyday. Looking to network with some like minded folks and to obtain any advice/info I can get!
