I am a new investor who has one commercial property and a short term rental in my portfolio. I am primarily looking for long term residential and small commercial rental properties to grow my portfolio. I live near the Portland Metro Area and am currently focusing on pursuing deals in Oregon (along the Willamette Valley and the coast).
