I have been interested in RE investing for a number of years. Started bird dogging and wholesaling in ATL prior to the crash in 2007. Been out for awhile due to health and finances. Survived dialysis, kidney transplant, kidney cancer and now ready to go 'ALL IN' and make an impact on my financial future and help others along the way! Experience: Bird dogging and wholesaling in ATL in the mid 2000s. Had an very unsuccessful flip due to market crash. also worked for a mortgage company and have done some creative deals in the past Real Estate Goals: I wish to have 2- 5 income producing properties in the next 2 years. I want to also complete a successful rehab each year so that I can help a deserving family who otherwise would not be able to afford a home. Currently Seeking: Need help with financing (did creative financing deals in the past but know that laws have changed); looking for income producing properties in metro Nashville first but heard that the Memphis market is worth checking out as well.
