My wife Stacey and I are real estate investors and managers in Jersey City, N.J., with a portfolio of multi-family properties in Jersey City, New York City and in New York's Hudson Valley. We're actively scouting new multi-family deals in and around Newburgh, N.Y., and are looking to make long-term partnerships with hard money and conventional lenders, contractors and property managers in that area. We also want to learn more about flips and working with wholesalers. The big focuses in 2020 and 2021 are increasing our earned income, paying off debt and accelerating our BRRRR model so we can recycle our money quicker than we've been able to so far. When we're not on the clock we love spending time with our three boys, being outside and giving back to our school and community.
