Like many of the investors I first came out of my 9-5 trance after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and some very uncomfortable self-descovery. Today after 2 years of ups and downs, my wife,Abbie and I own and operate a profitable custom cabinet business, 1 SFR, a 4 unit, and have be house hacking by renting our land out to an RV couple. I am actively searching for small multi families with 4-8 units in the Charleston, SC market..
