I am new to Real-estate investing. I own a home now and am in a decent place financially now and want to start investing in something that can provide me a good solid retirement without having to wait until I am 75. I have done a complete remodel of my homes kitchen and bathrooms to bring them up to date completely on my own. This has significantly increased the value of my home. I am a Carpenters son who became an Automotive/Heavy equipment Technician turned to Machine Data Analyst/Troubleshooting Pro for a large company.
