About myself
I am a long term, buy and hold investor with properties in Northern California. I primarily concentrate on small multi-family with a few SF homes as well. In that past I've flipped several homes and would like to again if the right deals came around. I've taken a couple years off of active investing and now l would like to get back into as well as mingle with like minded folks!
