About myself
i am currently a Firefighter/Paramedic working in LA County (I changed careers after 9/11) but I've had an interest in Real Estate for YEARS (particularly in the Wholesale and Rehabbing sectors). I worked in the Tech Sector as a Sales Rep prior to becoming a Fireman & have approx. 18 years of sales experience.
