I am an ambitious person who prefers to maintain a fast pace. Also, I am eager to seize new opportunities. I take a creative approach to solving problems and when conflict arises I take a proactive attitude in attempting to resolve it. I feel that my most valuable attributes in business are my high energy, communication skills, drive to achieve and ability to inspire others. My diverse background with years of experience in architecture and construction affords me a unique perspective as a real estate investor. I have experience in managing a broad range of complex project types from design conception through construction and into implementation. I feel that my greatest strengths within an organization are my ability to turn thoughts into action, take control of a situation and make good decisions, my ability to be inspired by the future and energize others with those visions.
