Terry Zannella

Hey Everyone I'm Terry Zannella, originally from Orange County, Ca. I served in the world's greatest Air Force for 23 years, then retired to Tampa, FL. I'm married with 4 kids :) and am a Realtor with Keller Williams. Experience: Besides reading/listening to nearly everything I can get my hands on at Bigger Pockets, Grant Cardone and Rich Dad (among others), I attend REI and Cashflow clubs, and a few seminars every year. I'm also becoming somewhat of a self improvement junkie, listening to podcasts daily and reading about 1 book per week on numerous topics (Real Estate, Business, Leadership, Motivation, Sales, Economics, Parenting, Relationships, etc...). Real Estate specific, we previously owned 10 units, two 4-plexes in Phoenix, AZ (BRRRR) / Infinite returns) a SFH in Grand Forks, ND (buy and hold) and a SFH in E. Grand Forks, MN which was our 1st attempt at a flip but became a BRRRR). After exiting the properties above (near the market top, we were offered way too much to say no) we became passive investors in a handful of Real Estate Syndications, and still own 1 SFH Property in Panama City, FL. Real Estate Goals: Build cash reserves, evaluate the market, and be ready to act quick on good opportunities (ideally 4-plex’s). Currently Seeking: Grow our portfolio via small multi-family value add projects locally or in Phoenix, AZ (since I have a good team in place and can execute my strategy remotely), as long as I can continue to find deals that make sense. If that changes, I may change markets. I love talking real estate and helping others who are new or just getting started. One thing I wish I had earlier was someone to connect with and discuss my plans, so I’m trying to be that person for others.
