Hey Bigger Pockets Nation, I'm early 30s, married to my lovely wife with a 3 year old boy, and another on the way. In the past seven years my company has flipped over 100 properties, and we currently have 71 rental doors including two multi family properties in the Augusta Georgia market. I love to play golf, travel, and read. Experience: Our company began in 2014 with a single flip, and continued turning and re investing profits over the past 4 years. We have flipped 5 single family homes, 4 townhomes, 3 duplexes, and have now purchased a 28 unit apartment complex. Real Estate Goals: We plan to continue to scale up in the multifamily world, with the end goal being a purchase of a 100+ unit complex. Currently Seeking: Advice dealing with successful BRRRR strategy implementation. Any advice from seasoned real estate veterans on how they have been successful over the years.
