Toby Ukandu

Hey Guys! My name is Toby and I am a jr (for now) investor based out of the Bay Area. I am interested in learning as much as possible from the good people on this forum and providing value when I can. Regarding real estate I am interested in buy and hold multi unit properties out of state. When not focused on work or real estate, I spend my time: biking, hiking, shooting hoops, traveling, reading authors such as Malcolm Gladwell and Daniel Pink, and volunteering with programs like YearUp.
