My name is Todd Dotson. I'm a full time Investor based in Dallas/Fort Worth and the founder of Tactical Real Estate. I've been a featured speaker and trainer on the national circuit since the mid 90's and known for my Get In, Get Out, Get Paid System! As the developer of the nation’s first on-site mentoring program, I have the unique advantage of having mentored students (boots on the ground) in every major market in the U.S. - a claim that only my team and I can make! My passion is real estate Investing! I began investing in 1988 and I've been a full time investor since 1993. I've seen many market cycles and in my time as an investor have hit lots of home runs and struck out plenty to... I enjoy collaborating with other like minded investors about what works and what doesn't work in the trenches.
