I have in past co- authored two books on investing for retirement. Have expertise in alternative investments such as real estate being held in IRA,Roth IRA, or Solo 401k. Would like to learn about earning finders fee for wholesaling commercial RE and multi- family to Asset managers of mutual fund REITs, pension funds,insurance companies. Have knowledge of a couple guaranteed ways to justify raising purchase price on big box ,warehouse, and retail by lowering overhead and increasing NOI with a guaranteed technology.
