Todd Stender

Todd is a real estate investor that pools together investor capital to acquire quick-service restaurants (QSRs) with drive thrus - aka: fast-food restaurants in great locations. This is a great property type to scale. My goal is to build a portfolio of these stable, predictable, recession/pandemic/e-commerce resistant properties. I have one property under management: a Popeyes in Kansas City, MO - the 4th fastest growing market in the Midwest - under a long-term NNN lease. Targeted properties: triple-net leased properties (tenant pays all expenses) in growing US markets, leased to national, household-name tenants. Todd's experience came from 20 years as a REIT analyst on Wall Street where he worked on over 30 IPOs and secondary stock offerings that totaled nearly $10 billion in equity raised and earned four Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities licenses (Series 7, 63, 86, 87). Todd is also an adjunct professor at The Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University teaching Real Estate Finance in the Master’s of Science Program. Todd earned a BA from LaSalle University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
