About myself
I've been seriously investing in real estate since 1998. I started out in single family homes buying HUD foreclosures in Austin Tx after the dot com bust. 2009 I became a passive investor finding opportunities in multi family 200+ value add in Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma. As the cycle progressed I moved to some development deals in apartments as well as self storage. I'm currently interested in learning more about opportunities in MHP , Self Storage and Senior Living Communities. Along with possible Core + strategies in industrial and high quality stabilized apartment communities.
