His doctoral research at the University of Central Florida focused on urban renewal and how lenders can creatively help families afford their own homes. His wife, Perri, a family doctor, travels to war-torn nations like Syria and Lebanon to provide medical care to refugees. His children, inspired by the family’s legacy, have become entrepreneurs, building businesses not just for success—but to bless others.
