Tomika Louissaint

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm Tomika, based in Lynchburg, Virginia and excited to dive into the world of real estate investing. I’m just getting started and currently exploring options for my very first flip. I’m here to soak up knowledge, learn from seasoned investors, and connect with potential collaborators—contractors, realtors, and anyone else with wisdom to share. I’m open to advice, tips, and insights, especially around navigating first-time flips, building a reliable team, and understanding local market dynamics. Looking forward to growing and contributing to the community!
