Life Insurance I have been introduced at Real estate Conferences as the "Guru real estate gurus go to". I advise two legends in real estate, Ron LeGrand and Lance Edwards. I am invited to speak at Ron LeGrand Seminars and Podcasts. I have been a frequent guest speaker on lance Edward's Podcasts and recently co-wrote two Chapters; The 401(k) and 1031 Exchanging" for Lance's upcoming book on real estate. Living benefits 4. 1031 Exchange Wealth Building I have been a Realtor CE Credit Instructor on "1031 Exchange Wealth Building Strategies" for twenty years. I have also been a Realtor CE Credit Instructor on "How To Buy Real Estate With Your IRA and 401(k)" for for fifteen. I has written articles for the Wall Street Journal, London Financial Times, Business Insider, International Living, Live and Invest Overseas and Escape Artist. He authored: “Rich IRA Poor IRA” and “Million Dollar IRA” and “How To Buy and Sell Real Estate and Never Pay Taxes (legally)” a definitive book on the art of 1031 Exchange strategies. I have Co-Hosted a Talk Radio Show on Mortgages and Hosted An Internet Radio Show, “Welcome To Argentina” on Overseas Radio Network (ORN). I was the first Instructor to become State Certified to teach the subject of the IRA and offer CE Credits for Arizona Realtors®. He has taught CE Classes on how an IRA can buy real estate for: Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Prudential, ReMax and more. Tom was a regular Instructor for California’s South Bay Associates of Realtors®. I have held real estate Licenses in five states: Arizona, California, Colorado, New York and Wyoming. While living in New York City I was a Series 7 Stock Broker for Smith Barney.
