Tom Matousek

Located in Morganton NC. Would love to connect with local investors. Targeting specifically multi-family. Currently have 5 doors and an STR RV campsite and looking to rapidly expand. If you're interested in SF properties in the mountains of Morganton shoot me a message. I'm only a rocks throw away Table rock and Linville and absolutely love the area! While SF isn't my focus I wouldn't mind lending a hand. Feel free to reach out and join the Morganton NC Real Estate Investors group on FB.
