My wife and I are in Charlotte for the long haul and want to start making an impact through real estate investing. We caught the bug when we bought our first property and are trying to get more properties up and running. Experience: I am a certified NC Realtor that is ready to make a move. I am extremely well versed in the planned developments throughout Charlotte and rezoning. I have only purchased one property but am looking to improve that count. Real Estate Goals: I am looking for buy and hold properties of all types (Residential, Commercial, etc.). I want to create a real estate empire. 1 Year Goal - Add 2 to 3 new properties. 5 Year Goal - Add 10 to 12 new properties. Currently Seeking: Investment Partners looking for buy and hold properties. Also, always looking to expand my knowledge on real estate investing and markets throughout the United States.
