Let me start off by saying... Real Estate has changed my world and this is only the beginning! In 2015, I found out about Real Estate wholesaling and it sounded a bit impossible that you could actually make money like this.. not to mention I couldn't picture myself talking to investors, sellers, buyers etc. I have learned well that it takes education and motivation to become good at anything, and here we are, February of 2017 and I am proud to say I have wholesaled 6 houses!! Not only have I turned my back to the 9-5 rat race, but I have also been able to appreciate my life more and spend more time with the ones I love- that is what it's all about. I am no longer a beginner, but I must admit I have so much more to learn and every house/contract that I get into, I learn something new and important. I am so glad to have gotten into this industry.. not alone but with my wonderful husband who is also loving the new freedom and lifestyle that has come our way. Every day we strive to learn more and attract others who want to learn more as well!!! [ONE YEAR AGO ] Hi, I am new in real estate and am looking to learn, grow and find opperunities to help me become successful in this industry. I am currently working towards taking real estate classes but I am trying to start up my business by wholesaling and getting together all the information I need.
