I imagine my story is very similar to many as I initially read Rich Dad Poor Dad which, of course, piqued my interest in REI. From there, I somehow stumbled upon Bigger Pockets and have never looked back. I currently split my time between working as the Director of Marketing for my wife's RE business & working with my business partner on residential spec development. My wife is a full time Licensed Real Estate Broker and accountant in Orlando, Fl and we plan on utilizing our experience, connections, & backgrounds to help supercharge our efforts on this exciting adventure! At the moment, I am looking to buy vacant land or older dilapidated homes in Central Florida that are prime for residential development. Experience: Most of my experience is in single & multifamily development, flips, & non-performing notes while my lovely wife has many years of experience as a licensed real estate broker. I've had the pleasure & opportunity of working with a few JV partners who have a lifetime of experience as well. My personal background is in sales, marketing. & digital media. Real Estate Goals: Short Term: To build a portfolio of self-storage & multi-family rental units that will net $10,000 monthly passive income by the end of 2025. Long Term: To build up our monthly passive income to $30,000 by 2030. And, of course, to have fun and meet like-minded people while I'm at it!
