My name is Toni Reavis and My husband and I started investing in Real Estate in 2000. It was a retirement plan for us. Now that we are retired we want to take it to the next level.I am interested in properties to flip and I have been thinking about getting a Real Estate license. I'm wondering what the down side is to getting the license.
