I would welcome joining or setting up a meet up in this area for like-minded individuals Have owned a duplex for many years, just recently purchased a 3 family that I am occupying (HH) and am looking to expand my portfolio over the next few years. Looking to partner with other investors, hard money lenders, and property managers in the south shore and south coast areas of Massachusetts. Experience: I have owned a duplex for a long time, have bought and sold a few condos, and rehabbed a few units on my own and in partnership with other investors. Real Estate Goals: Looking to increase my passive income to provide financial stability and retirement with more time to travel and enjoy family. Currently Seeking: Looking for my next property via multiple avenues including house hack, 1031 Exchange, traditional investment loans, partnering with other investors, and hard money options
