Mike Mollica

I am a freelance camera operator that primarily shoots reality television. I travel most of the year and am looking to buy real estate around the country that I can live in when necessary and rent out the rest of the time via Airbnb. I have been renting my primary residence on Airbnb for years and lived in it when necessary and have enjoyed the flexibility and passive income that is higher than I would be earning from long term renters. Experience: I owned a home in Los Angeles that I sold and now own a home in Sacramento. Real Estate Goals: I would love to eventually have units in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and more. Currently Seeking: Multi unit in Sacramento
