Trace A.

I am a licensed professional structural engineer during the day, and a evolving real estate investor by night. I have extensive knowledge in the design, and construction of a variety of residential, split-use, and commercial buildings. I look to expand my knowledge base into the real estate sector one step at a time. A quote I was once told when I was pool training for a Navy SEAL contract (in my younger years), "Allard... slow is smooth, and smooth is fast". Not only did this quote apply to mastering the combat side stroke (most common swim stroke used by SEALs); it also applies to multiple aspirations in life, and in this particular instant, real estate is the name of the game.
