Hello! My name is Trace and I am 23 years old. I am a Florida boy loving the mountain views here in beautiful Westminster Colorado. After realizing how much I was limiting myself in my 9-5, I built up enough confidence to put my 2 week notice in, August 2017. I always had the investor mindset, but never the peers and influence to make it happen. Then I came across Bigger Pockets. The success that people "like me" have had set a fire in me. With all of the resources I need to succeed, I am on a rampage learning as much as I possibly can about the real estate game. Come spring 2018 I will be a licensed agent.
