Tracy Johnson-Cantwell

Hello! I’m a personal trainer out of S Florida. I’ve been listening to the BP podcasts for about a year now, and am gradually stepping into the real estate scene. I’ve always loved houses (and real estate in general), and spend my free time perusing the market, available REITS, and the transient rental market in my area. I have also started a women’s only investing group in my area to encourage and support women on their journey in investing and wealth building. My goal this year is to find a duplex, rehab, and rent! After many horrible landlord/potential lease purchase scenarios, I know the long game goal for me is an ethical property management/acquisition company that evens the playing field for distressed buyers looking to find or save their forever homes! At the end of the day, I’m driven, personable, and just happy to be here experiencing this one of a kind platform to connect with all things and people real estate related!
