I have bought a few properties over the years. Mostly turnkey. I am now starting to focus on BRRRR actively. I would love to find some deals in my area (Central Coast, CA), but I realize that it will be hard to find deals that cash flow unless I use them as short term rentals. So, I am looking out of state for good markets. Indianapolis is where I am focused right now.
