I began House Hacking in 2010 just north of Seattle, WA and curently live in my 2nd House Hack residence in Everett, WA with my wife and 3 kids. We rent the downstairs ADU as a MTR. IN 2025 I will begin building a real estimate investment portfolio focusing on a Brrrring through multifamily properties. A fun fact about me outside of real estate: I love distance running and cycling. I previously held the Guinness World Record for fastest half marathon pushing a baby in a stroller (Heroes Half Marathon in Everett, 2013 in 1 hour, 13 minutes) as well as fastest half marathon pushing two babies in a stroller (Snohomish River Run Half Marathon, 2017). We homeschool and I'm planning on making this a family business. My 5 year goal starting in Q4 2024 is to apply the Stack method and build multifamily MTR's and LTR's and build to nearly 100 units so that I shift my job from a W2 9-5 job with a commute to a flexible role managing my real estate investment and property management business allowing me to coach my daughter's cross country and track teams.
