Hello everyone, I'm a nurse anesthetist and started looking into real-estate as a means to seek finical freedom to pursue more family time, mission work, and personal development. I do enjoy my work and will continue this path, but will look to real-estate as another stream. My partner is a general contractor and we are looking to use the BRRRR strategy to get the best of buy and hold with fix and flip.
