About myself
I have been a commercial real estate transaction attorney for 20 years, first in Colorado and now in Washington. Along the way, my wife and I also started and sold a directory/lead generation website for senior housing communities and a deli/wine store. My wife is a real estate transaction project manager for a land conservation organization. We are just beginning our personal real estate investment journey.
