Travis Winston

Hello BP community. My name is Travis Winston. I am a new real estate investor. I have been reading, listening to pod casts and done some webinars and virtual meet ups over the last 2 years. I am interested in multi-family investing and possibly exploring the multi use and triple net markets. I have not gotten my first deal yet but am planning to make something happen in the first quarter of 2021. I live in Bellingham, WA with my girlfriend Cheri and our dog Jenny. I have spent the last 30 years in public safety, mostly as a firefighter paramedic, the last five years as a captain and a few years on a detour as a state trooper. I would like to have some additional income to exit my current field of work and increase my income for retirement. I look forward to the new adventures and challenges.
