I practice real estate in Arizona, I go to college majoring in Organizational Leadership with focus on all areas of business. I am working toward an MPA degree and plan to continue my education though out my lifetime. I took a slight interest in real estate because my grandfather is the founder of Fulton Homes here in Phoenix, Arizona. So, I decided to take courses in it to calm my curiosity; I started in real estate when I was taking real estate courses for elective credits last semester in college. My instructor was a extremely knowledgeable commercial broker with quite a portfolio of real estate himself. He gave great lectures and thrilling insights about his experiences. While listening to him for a semester I had an 'aha' moment and said to myself "Why am I not pursuing this!?!".
