John Doss

I'm John Doss, co-founder of Doss & Spaulding Properties LLC, a full-service residential property management company in Greensboro, NC. We manage about 100 single-family and small multifamily rentals across Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Burlington, and the Triad. I started as an investor. My first property was a 2021 house hack, and I still own rentals today, so we manage every property the way we manage our own: careful screening, proactive maintenance, and clear monthly owner statements. Our pricing is public: 10% of rent collected, no termination fee after the initial term. We're NARPM members, and I serve on the Greensboro Landlord Association board.
