I began with my single family rental 7 years ago but I still consider myself new to investing because there is so much to learn. I also own my home in Northern Virginia. Real Estate Goals: Acquire 10 multi-family units within the next 5 years. Utilize my real estate investments for independent wealth, early retirement, and to generate passive income that permits me to travel more. Start with residential and gradually move into commercial properties to buy and hold. Currently Seeking: Multi-family units in the Midwest and South to buy and hold.
