I am a college student who is soon to graduate and be married! I want to own rental properties in the future in order to become financially independent. Right now I simply want to learn and get experience if possible. With my current financial and credit history, I am looking for finding a Subject To deal for my wife and I to live in. A little about myself: I’m originally from Southern California, but I came to Arizona to go to school. I got a full-ride academic scholarship while also getting to play basketball at my school. I’m going to become a High School English teacher soon, but the pay for that in Arizona is difficult to raise a family on! Thus why I want to look into real estate to build my wealth.
