Trevor Fenton

I'm a Civil Engineer working in the heavy marine construction industry. My career moves me around every couple of years from project to project. I'm originally from Kansas and moved to New Orleans, LA immediately after graduating college. I've recently moved to Hoboken, NJ and I'm working on the Goethals Bridge from Staten Island, NY to Elizabeth, NJ. Experience: I am completely new to real estate and I am eager to learn. Real Estate Goals: My short term goal is to acquire enough rental properties that bring in more income than my monthly expenses. I enjoy my job and have no desire to quit to pursue a new career but my long term goal is to build a diversified portfolio of rental properties that can grow equity over time so I can plan an early retirement and live off the income of the properties. Currently Seeking: Guidance on how to work a full time job and successfully and efficiently invest in rental properties.
